Policy Details

Policies make your experience at our property better than ever. These policies must be taken into consideration if you are planning your stay at the Beach Cottages.

Direct Bookings:

• Reservations booked six(6) months or more in advance require a cancellation with 30 days notice to the arrival date. 
• Reservations booked between 30 and 180 days prior to arrival require a cancellation with 7 days notice to the arrival date. 
• Reservations made up to 30 days prior to arrival require a cancellation with 48 hours notice to the arrival date.
• Cancellations for Direct Bookings may only be processed over the phone.

General

The Beach Cottages is a unique property on Pacific Beach that offers multiple accommodation options. Our property includes a firepit in our courtyard, guest laundry, and gas grills. Those looking for fun can take advantage of our ping pong table and shuffleboard.

Guest Parking

Parking your car can be incredibly difficult by the beach, but worry not when you stay with us! We have plenty of space in our parking lot. ADA Van Accessible parking is also available to our guests. USD 15.00 per day. Ask us about our weekly rate!

Internet

We've outfitted our hotel with incredible wi-fi coverage so you can access the Internet anywhere in the hotel! Wi-fi is complimentary, just ask the front desk for the password, and you'll be well on your way to being connected to the rest of the world!

Children and Extra Beds

Children are always welcome!
Roll-away or extra beds are available for USD 10.00 per day.
Cots (infant beds) are available for USD 10.00 per day

The Beach Cottages only creates bookings directly, or through our trusted affiliates: Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz, Hotwire, Travelocity. If your reservation isn’t made through these channels, it will not be a valid reservation.
